removing headrests

removing headrests
I maybe lossing it here but i would like to remove my headrest's and turn them around so my head isn't jamed into my chest can this be done?

On my FX4 they literally just pull right out by pushing in the tabs (there is one on each post) you can then flip them around and reinstall.

I may have missed the second tab. I think there is only one my seats, I can pull them up but they dont come out. I will look when I get home. Thanks
