quick question

quick question

so just a quick question, just got an 08 150 screw and i was wondering if there is anybody that makes lights/bulbs whatever that look like some BMW's or volvos or some nicer cars, you know those kinda purplish ones

do a search for HIDs there are tons of threads about them.

You can either get an HID kit (pricey..around 150-300) or buy SilverStar Ultra bulbs (around 50 or 60) an install them youself, Remember to wear latex gloves, the oils human skin will make them go out prematurely.

th3godf4th3r, a lot of members that have an HID kit buy them from seller HID4U on ebay. The SilverStars Ranger7489 mentioned aren't actually HID nor the "purple" light you're looking for. They are just replacement halogen bulbs that emit white light, though they look somewhat similar to some HIDs on the lower Kelvin scale (4000K or 6000K).
