Is it possible to take the headlights apart on my 05 FX4 to take out the orange reflector? I want clear headlights, but nobody that I know of makes them aftermarket, they are all the halo or projector styles. Any help appreciated guys!

2 and 5 are stock looking with the clear reflector.
3, and 4 are black housing with clear reflector.
1 is black housing (including the turn signal area) with clear reflector

But to answer your question, yes, you can take apart the headlights break off the reflector. I don't know if there is a "clear" substitute you can put in, though.

 

thanks for the help. I've looked on eBay before but there are so many F-150 headlights I always got sick of looking before I found the stock clear reflectors. Thanks alot!

 

Yea, you have to go a ways before you find them. I was bored yesterday and was looking for cheap black headlights. Glad I could help.
