I finally found a 2000 expedition console at a salvage yard and bought it and the mounting plates under it.

Now if you can tell me OR point me to a source for information about what I need exactly for the passenger seat so I go ahead and have it cut down to size like the drivers seat.... I'd really appreciate it.
