My cousin has a Lund visoer on his 97 F150 so it should fit the 98. Personaly, I wouldn't put one on and just go witht he cab lights. Kiss your fuel milage good bye with a visor and if not sealed right, they leak like no other in the rain.

 

100% agree 'LUND' does make several versions.. with lights and without.
