HID Kit?

Is this a decent kit? I know its expensive but i don't have the time to play around retrofitting real HID lights into my head lamps and i want a kit that will give me the best cut off from a factory headlamp.

my friend has that kit on his chevy. they work pretty well, but every now and them one of them takes longer to come on than the other. i think you can fix it my switching out a fuse. other than that they are pretty good

i know the kit is illegal just like many others but i'm trying to get as crisp of a cutoff as possible from a HID kit and i'm willing to spend more to make sure of that so if this kit doesn't have as crisp of a cutoff then what kit has a better one?

hey i just put a set of hid pnp took about 20 mins to install in my clear depo headlights, they are ok they are the rebased 9007 bi-xenon and the blub moves up and down for hi/lo but from what i read on hidplanet you will never get a sharp cutoff unless you use a hid projector, which will be my next project, to use the d2s bulbs and a oem ballast and the
fx35 bi-xenon projectors in the clear style headlight housing
