Has anyone used these yet? They are the Hella Blackout headlights. I kinda like them, but I'm not sure if they are a good quality light. The first thing I would do would be to remove the amber turn and replace with the chrome one for the all clear look. I also like the HDs, but these are different, and haven't seen to many of them.

I like the blacked out corners. They look lke the Harley lights with a twist.

 

are they really all blacked out, the reflector and everything? I need some new headlights, mine are messed up and I want a all black finish... I was looking at these, but I've already been miss led by some other lights that said they were blacked out, but definetley were not.. lol anyone actually have these... the picture looks like it's not real. anyone have an actual picture?

 

I dont have fist hand experience with them, but i can tell you that you have to be careful what you buy from eBay. I bought the blacked out tails from eBay. I got them last week, sticker inside the box said "Made in Taiwan" but they look awesome. I put them on, they fit and look great on the truck. It rained that night, next morning one light had condensation inside it. I am pissed. Wasted my money

 

Well these aren't an eBay item, they are through stylin.com, made by Hella. I decided against them cause I don't think they'd go with my truck. It's an '08 F150 with the depp blue pearl c/c and chrome package. I think the black would stand out too much. I may go with the HD heads and tails though, but only if I can get the factory and not replacement ones.

 

hd headlights are the same thing....almost identical to these...the fx2 are gray if thats what youre thinking of....hellas a good quality and they make alot of oem stuff for alot of different vehicles...and as far as i know they have the amber insert in them..check out tirerack.com for more info or go to hella.com
