Question Grill

Does anyone know what grill this is?
is it a replacement or bolt over?

Just my opinion, but I think no logo looks good and you seem to notice that it's custom stuff and not same ole same ole.

I like them with the badge on. Then again, you can always put a cool overlay on them!
