Where have you guys found that is the best plact to get some LT handles. I wantto get them already painted. Is there anyway to geth a tailgate haldel to match. Thanks guys

All Handles will fit 04-08 F150s Driver's Door Handle contains the keyless entry pad (The only way it is offered). Tailgate handles will only fit on a 08 if it does not have the back up camera. Handles are available for trucks with the back up camera.

 

Real LT handles come prepainted, but only in the colors that the Mark LT came in. The tailgate handles are prepainted just like the door handles.

www.fordparts.com to get the LT's, call them to get the tailgate, the prepainted ones are not listed in the online catalog, but they do have them.

 

That looks awesome! Did you have a body shop paint the center surround or did you DIY? How do you remove that center surround? Anybody know?

These are Ford/Lincoln OEM parts that come pre-painted with chrome straps/pulls. Look up above a few posts & check out the colors they are available in. If yours is listed you can order the parts & just replace your handles. If yours is not listed (isn't a Mark LT color option) then you can take off your existing handles, sand them down & paint them yourself (or have a body shop do it) to match. Then, if you want the chrome strap look, you can just buy overlays.

I've decided since I am going for a Grey and black look to have my handles and buckets painted. My question is??? What color should I go with? DSG just like my truck or black? I'm thinking DSG, but I'm not sure if it would be to much Grey? Opinions please!

 

I think that DSG would look good... the chrome handle gives a good accent to all the grey or what ever color the truck is. if you go black it will look out of place since the buckets are painted black

 

Does anyone know how much the LT tailgate handle's are? checked on line could not find it

I bought mine from www.TascaFordParts.com spoke with Domenic he posted the model numbers, since i had to get mine painted to color match he got me the cheapest set all five handles for $230+ $15 for shipping. I went to a Ford dealrship with a bodyshop and they charged me $140 to paint all the handels, they wanted $160 to install them but i did it myself, not hard, took me 20 min for the first rear door and the 11min for the other rear door. Well worth it! I'll post pics soon
