Harley Tails

Was wondering if anyone had a side by side comparison of the stock 04+ tail lights vs. the harley tail lights?

I've seen them both, but I've never seen them in a close comparison situation. I'm trying to decide if its a decent amount of difference to buy them off of e-bay and install on my bright red 05.

The only difference is the Harley taillights are slightly tinted, or smoked.

If you have a dark colored truck, you'll notice the difference! It was a big difference when I put on the Harley tails versus the stock tails. The nice thing is they are not expensive either. I think I paid less than $60 for both of mine new from Ford!

Awesome pictures guys! Thanks a ton!

My truck isn't dark, but it is bright red... so I'm thinking this might look really nice on it.

In addition to that I'm trying to keep a darker theme with the truck (More black than chrome sort of look), so these will probably compliment that very nicely.

Plus there cheap, so if I don't like it I can just re-sell them =p

What is the best place and price to get a set of HD head and tail lights? I would like to also replace the chrome surround with a black one. The overall look is to black out the front end.
Thanks for the advice on Autospring they where a lot of help on leveling the truck.

Actually, there's more of a difference than just being smoked. They have less chrome inside the housing.

I can tell just by looking at the two, but I am very detail oriented.

So I ordered from that guy yesterday (Thursday) in the morning, and showed up home Friday evening after work and there they were.

Installation was beyond easy... anyone could do it.

The difference is subtle, yet once you get them on the truck you notice it big time! I absolutely looooove the look of these on my truck (No pics yet, installed them at night time so its pointless to take a picture right now, but tommrow during the day.. don't you worry =p )

I wouldn't mind picking up a pair but then I would have to change the 3rd brake light to match. What are the options? Is there a Harley 3rd brake light to match? If so what do they go for?
