go dark or go home j/k 20% will let you still have decent visibility at night, and shade of tint is going to make it somewhat difficult to see at night

ill co-sign on this; 20% is pretty good. I have 20% on front windows and 5% rear window(standard cab), but if not for VA tint law, I would of gone 5% all around.

I have 35% on my front sides, 35% on my entire windshield, and a 20% strip over the factory strip, and 5% on the back 3 windows. I would do 20% on the front sides, but then it would be way too dark because of my windshield tint

so does anyone know what the laws in cali are for tint. I would love to get mine done just not sure what is leagal. I would like the 5% for the back and rear, with 20% on the front sides. What is the average cost of getting this done also?

to my understanding In Cali NO tint on the front windows outside of factory is legal. the back you can have whatever you want.

I actually live in the Corona area just up the 15 from you and I got mine done last weekend, just like that 20/5 but I used 20 again for the back window just so I can see while backing up at night.

Got it done at a shop by Ontario mills for 200$ cash

I got a 05 Scab

Man $200.00 seems pricey.....
I have 5% on my sides, cost me $80.00 here in AZ, and factory on the back window. I really like the dark sides the only draw back is the crazy reflection I get on the inside of the windows. Does anybody else get this? The darker tint helped a ton with cooling the cab.

i have 15% on my and i get all kinds of glare on the inside. i have to drop the windows at night to see. 15% does help cool the inside greatly though.
