What is the best insert for the bumper "hole" that will match the chrome package on an '07 SCrew?

Are they difficult to install? I am all butter fingers

 

if you're into the look, i just got a precision diamond wire grille a few months ago and i think it looks pretty sweet on my silver sCab and i'm about to put some chrome accents on there too. I'm planning on buying the bumper grille within the next few weeks here. check it out

Thanks for the info but I don't want to shell out for a whole new grille.
Just match the chrome package with another insert.

 

I think putco is finally making something for the bumper grille(thick chrome over plastic) like the roush grille
