Halo/Projector Light Help!!!
I just started to install my projector lights I got off ebay and Can't figure out the wiring. The ones I bought can be found here http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...ayphotohosting
The wiring in the back is similar to the stock in that it has the same plug for the high/low beams. It also 2 wires for the halos that I want to splice into the headlights. I have a Chilton's guide to get the wiring diagram but I don't know where I should wire in the halos. Also, comiming from the plug for the lights is a single red wire that runs to a 20 amp fuse. After the fuse it goes on for about 4 feet bofore ending on a ring connecter like you would put under a screw. After plugging up the left lights, I can get the turn signals to work when I have my 4 ways on and the right headlight works fine when I turn them on but not the left, not sure why that is. I can't figure out why the turn signals won't work anymore because it used the factory bulbs and harnesses for them. Also, When I loked at the wiring guide i couldn't figure out where I should splice in the halos. The LED's on the bottom don't appear to be working but I'm not sure why, no wires comming from them that are visible so no clue.

alright bud i'm going to try and help you out. i have the same lights more or less on my truck.
ok, you hook the main headlight unit up like you normally would (it plugs in)
for the halo's, i ran them to my clearance lights. it's not hard to find which ones which, just get a light tester and turn on your clearance lights. find the wire that's hot and bamn, that's the one you want.
i did it like this so that when i was out driving i could turn on my clearance lights and just have the led's and halo's showing.
here's a pic of me running my clearance lights.

Thanks for the help; did your lights have seperate wiring for the halos and LED's? I figure out one problem, I had two blown fuses so I wasn't getting any power to the headlights. After I finished replacing all the fuses, I was able to get one headlight working, but not the other; not sure why though unless it came with a dead bulb in which case I'm not going to be happy. I've heard that the bulbs that came with them aren't bright enough, so I may replace them both before putting them in anyway. When I wired up the Halos I think that caused my fuses to blow so now i need to figure out why they did that. Thanks for the help
i can vouch for the lights not being bright. they downright suck. and yes, mine came with seperate wiring for the leds and halos. just take your time, there's really nothing to it. just get you a good test light and make sure you have a good ground.
Thanks for the help, bad news is they're going back. I found out there was a short in the left headlight after going through 3 fuses. I had to go somewhere today and decided I would just throw them in and use them as just turn signals and found out one of the holders for one of the screws was broken, so i'm going to try to get a refund for them and then buy a good pair even if they are more expensive.
