New Billet Antenna..

Picked this one up from ebay the other day. It seems to be of good quality, and fits the factory mount perfectly. I got the 15", but they also come in 6", 9", and 12", too. Looks great! (They come in black chrome, too!)

That's pretty sweet looking. I've been thinking about doing something similar with mine. It seems like im always hitting something with the original one.

And, me too, I was tired of my old antenna hitting the tree branch every time I back out of the driveway!

I have this on my show cougar its the 9 or 12 incher and well lets just say since installing it Ive never, even when sitting next to the radio tower, yes Ive been on live radio, been able to get a radio station. However please shoot me a PM or IM and let me know if this works well. I have Sirius now so I dont really care but I just bought a rubber shorty and hate those.... I however love my normal radio stations in Cbus too so I wanna be able ot hear those at times.

i'm also interested in wether you lose any reception. tried it on a.m. stations? manufacturer says you're not supposed to, but i'm skeptical. love to know what you think.

I just picked up a 15" Black Chrome. When I get it, I'll post a pic as well as let everyone know about the reception status (not that I listen to the radio much since I have satellite radio)

I had seen this post last week and I decided to order the Black-Chrome 15" version one... just got it today and put it on... it's pretty cool... I drove around locally and my reception seems to be the same so far...

here it is, I got the 'Black Chrome' 15"one, the trucks dirty but the antenna is clean:

Thanks for the heads-up 'chumFX4!!!

I'd say it 'rocks'... no more scraping on the garage when pulling in and out...
