Wow I really do like the looks of those. The price is decent also so looks like I can finally order some and get them painted DSG.I will be replacing my FX4 flares which are not that wide so that brings me to my next question how wide are those 2"? Thanks.

Sweet! They are wide enough to be useful but not so large that they appear "tacked on". What brand are they?

Clar said they were made by Warn. Im really digging those and think they will look better and give my Nittos a bit more coverage then the current stock flares. I will be getting them "fo sho" but first I need to see how much it will cost to get them PTM here locally.

They add 2" have'nt measured to make sure they are Warn Ind. part #72990 (Flare 4X F150 04-06) they screw to the inside of the femder wheel and have 3m double sidded tape to hold the lip ,but they state the tape is just to project the paint not to secure the flair , delievery only took 3 days but I live in CA

I was going to use FX4 flairs until I found these very happy with the product and www.autopartswarehouse.com

awesome

thats the first I seen fender flares on a flareside. I was thinking about getting a set but wasn't sure how they would look or even made flares for a flare side. Whats the difference between fx4 flares and reg flares. I was on their website but could not find them.

Here is a exact link to the flares http://www.autopartswarehouse.com/pe...0&brandid=3858
FX4 flares are just molded plastic that covers the fender well , the ones I purchased stick out 2 inches.
You need to buy 2 sets one front and one back with tax it was $314.00

Glad you pointed out that the $160 something was for one set. I went back and looked after you mentione that you needed to order for the front AND rear. Selective reading on my part. No wonder why I thought the price was so sweet. Oh well I still want them

Hmmm I hope they are in the same locations that my current flares are so no new holes will need to be made when I get them

The holes are not pre drilled in the flares so yes you could use current location they only have a small dimple were the screws go, I also used some of the current bolts for the bottom trim

But i have one question and that is are those fender flares you have one your truck (Clar) are they the thin set or the 4x4 set? B/c i need and want some and will probably paint them two tone to match the truck but i dont know which set to buy. thanks
