Well I think this item is on my to buy list. Thanks for the suggestion as I think it will fit nicely on my truck compared to other covers.

 

The Undercover tonneau cover was the first thing I added to my truck after I bought it. I had an ARE cover on my last truck and wouldn't have dared to take it off because it was way to heavy and looked very complicated to remove. The Undercover is simple, remove to rings, pop the struts out and remove the cover, you can do it only, but 2 people is better simply because of the size. Another great thing is you don't have to wax it, hose it off, wash with your normal car shampoo and rinse and you're done.

 

This is an A.R.E. tonneau cover on my '04 STX. I have one of the same brand on order for my '07 XLT Screw.

 

I really like the ARE covers, they look great, but they are very hard to remove.

 

I called a local dealer/carrier of the undercover to see what there cost was... They were $650 but had one that fit my truck and had a small scratch. He said he would give it to me for $350. I wasn't sure if I wanted the undercover or not but for $350 I went ahead and bought it, figuring if I didn't want it I would sell it to someone for the same cost and pass the deal on...I love the cover I am just not sold on the way it looks on my truck since it is black.
