Rusty Grill Guard

Hello, I have a question.

The grill guard on the front of my truck is starting to rust pretty good and is in need of a new paint job. I was thinking of either using Dupli-color's truck bed liner or using rockerguard. I am wondering which of the two will hold up better? Also wondering if the good ol' freeze thaw cycle that is Alberta will do anything to the paints. I coated the smaller bars infront of my headlights with the truckbed liner a couple of months ago and they seem to be holding up pretty good. I was hoping to get your guys' opinions before i spend a lot of money and time painting the grill guard.

Thanks in advance!

Too much money, and I also want to do it myself.

I think a truck bed liner would be cool. I'd like to have a line-x coating on mine...
