Choosing a Grill - I'm Confused

I'm looking for a billet grill for my '07 STX, but I'm confused about what fits and what doesn't. Is the frame that surrounds a "Honeycomb" grill the same that surrounds a "Bar" grill. Is the mounting of the center section, I guess that's referred to as the "Insert," the same for both styles.

In other words, in choosing a grill does it make any difference whether the factory grill is a "Bar" or Honeycomb" style?

Thanks.

It depends. If it is a replacement grille, it will not matter. If it is a bolt over grille, it will matter.
