Does anyone have Angel Eye Headlights.

I am wondering if anyone has angel eye headlights. I am eyeballing the ones with the 5 LEDs.

I would like to know how do the lights look. Also do the Angel come on when you turn on the parking lights?

What is your take on the lights?

Thanks

Had them, got rid of them. They're an absolute POS, mine started fading and oxidizing after 6 months, and a halo was toast after 8 months, my box said they were Eagle Eyes. They don't fit well either, they stick out of the grille a good 1/2 inch.

CRASH...
Don't take this the wrong way.. is your truck garaged and/or a daily user? Maybe the elements got to mine and make them fail earlier. EBAY seller sent replacement LED bulbs no Q's asked, just haven't gotten around to replaceing them.

This is the kind of dialog that I wanted. Thanks everyone. I live in a warm weather climate. But I plan to take my truck in sub zero temperatures (Wyoming, in the winter time).

I want to know how the lights would handle hot and cold weather climates.

They should be OK...I think my biggest problem with mine was my alarm flashes the parking lights, if yours doesn't do that and you can park indoors and clean your truck clean they would probably do better than mine.

think it all boils down to what lights and where you get them from. i bought mine off a seller on ebay. was living in louisiana at the time (100 degrees with 100% humidity). then i moved to albuquerque where it snowed all winter. i garage the truck sometimes, but she's a daily driver. had her almost two years now and put about 50,000 miles on her (i drive back and forth from new mexico to louisiana pretty regularly) i haven't had ANY problems with them.

getem man.

Was installing the lights as simple as plug n play or did it require professional installation?
