I got my windows tinted a few weeks ago ('Solar Gard')... I indicated to the guy that I wanted a lighter tint on the front 2 windows. He said that if I did that, "the color won't match". Therefore, I let him talk me into doing the same darkness on the front windows (20%). Well, now it is the same darkness, but a totally different color.... the front windows have a blueish color while the factory tint is a brownish or bronze in color. While barely noticeable from outside the truck, it is very noticeable (and admittedly tacky looking) from inside the truck.

Anybody have any thoughts on this? Anybody know whether Solar Gard has a 20% whose COLOR will match that of the Ford factory tint???

Everytime i match a set of window i always use 3m window tint it matches near perfect to factory privacy.
