ya'll go to craigslist.com and search in your area for hid kit and they got
em for like 160 bucks

No, each bulb requires it's own ballast. A ballast amplifies your stock 12 volt circuit to 20,000+ volts, which creates one arc per bulb. To have HID fogs and Headlights you need a total of at least 4 ballasts and bulbs. They're essentially the same kit however apart from bulb shape, your headlights are a 9007 for 97-03, or H13 for 04+, and fog lights for 97-98 are 9006, 99-03 are 9145 or 9005.
