I used a paint called Plasti-Kote T-4 Gloss white from Lordco Auto Parts(British Coulumbia, Canada only). Prep was easy, I took off my grill and primed it first, and the applyed three thin coats of the Plasti-Kote. Came out looking good.

Both would look great. I used white because I live in a small town and there are alot of white F150's like mine, I just wanted to be different. Also, I was going to do black, but my bumper underneath the chrome part looked kinda charcoal, so I thought black might look funny. The paint is cheap, you can always change it if you don't like it, at least that's what my wife said(lol). Good luck
