you mean you took the key lock off of your old door handle??
did you do it yourself?? was it easy??

 

I had someone to help me out on my handles, because I could not find the time. But I think it is fairly simple to transfer the lock. There is a "How-to" thread on this board on how to take the existing door lock cylinder out and place it in the LT Handles.

I have a 2005 Super Cab

So if i select www.fastpartsnetwork.com

Enter 2006/7 Linclon Mark Lt, then select:

Front Door
Lock & Hardware
Handle Outside
"Colour"

And:

Pick up box
Tailgate
Handle


This will give me replacement painted handle surrounds with chrome handles?

Yes you have to transfer your existing lock from the driver's side door as well as the tailgate lock to the new LT handle. It is not hard at all though, there is a simple clip that holds the lock in place and that clamp just slides right off. Pop the lock out of the old handle and into the new handle, done in a matter of seconds.

To be quite honest with you if you have any confusion I would pick up the phone and call and talk to someone. Tell them exactly what you are looking for and they will be able to help you out. Installed them today and they look great!

I just ordered mine for my S-Crew and the price has went up a little. $264.26 w/o shipping. He also said that the left rear is on BO but he could still get some. So if you need them I would order them soon.
