03screw,

let me know how the HID install on these Depo lights go. I was thinking the same thing. But since 2000f150 said the low are still 9007, its going to be hard. I had bixenon on the OEM housing and the pattern was great, an dgreat output. but in the clear diamond housing, it wasn't as sharp, some the light were blocked. Post up some pix on the hid in the new depo housing. If it has little or no glare and still retain oem beam patterns, I might go along with your set up.

Good luck.
Bunthy

OK so I LOVE that grill! The one that Memo21687 posted the picture of is not all chrome like the one in the link Vespertine posted or all the ones on eBay though.
Is it available not in all chrome?
If not - Does anyone know if the grill insert is removable (for painting the shell)? Or better yet if it is removable is it available as an insert? (then I would need no paint work!).
If it is only available in all chrome (maybe its all one piece?) how much trouble would it be to prep the shell area for paint? I presume its chromed ABS so would a good sanding be all it would need?

The only thing you will really have to do is you will have to cut out some of the fiberglass behind the headlights so they will clear, since there is an extra light. Other than that, it's just puttin' in the harness, puttin' them in like the stockers, then aiming them.
