They can make your electrical do crazy things, like blinking too fast, cruise control issues ,etc.etc.etc. They sell what is called a led load equilizer. I am just now going through this my self and purchased these and they seem to work. Got mine from Styling Concepts online for like 9.99 each, but if your gonna use these bulbs for the rear turn and stop they make one just for that. Hope this helps you out.

Just Installed Mine Also And I Don't Think You Need Any Load Equalizers On Running Lights, Brakes, Etc... Only On Blinkers Because The Power Needed For An Led Is Not As Great As A Reg. Bulb Therefore It Blinks Fast, Or Pops A Fuse...if You Don't Wanna Order 'em They Sell 'em At Autozone For Like 15 Bucks

The reason you need it for turn signals is that the flashers are thermally regulated. Since there is almost no draw from an led, the flasher cannot function properly causing it to freak out. You can buy mechanical/electrical flashers at most auto parts stores. Will be cheaper than load equalizers.
