I recently bought a fx2 grille for my 2006 F150 and I am undecided on what color to paint it. I need your opinions. My truck is black with the Harley headlamps. The stock color of these grilles is Argent. I am considering gloss black, to match the truck. But I don't know if it should be semi-gloss, flat, satin, etc. I would appreciate everyones feedback.

 

I think satin would be a nice contrast

Mine is inbetween flat and glossy if that makes any sense??

Did you paint this yourself or take it somewhere and have it done? If you did it yourself what kind of paint did you use to do it? Thanks.

 

Krylon fusion flat black for plastics (spray can) for grill. A buddy sprayed the surround Oxford White.
