Anyone seen those lights with the chrome paint stuff covering them but glow orange when lit? Does anyone have any warnings about these or do they get the job done? Also, does anyone like any brand in particular over the others? Thanks for the help guys.

 

they sell em at autozone, whatever brand they have is fine, you can also search them on ebay as chrome bulbs. Im currently running blue lights, that light up silverish white.

if you get the model number of the bulbs the led lights look pretty good i was able to get every bulb on my truck in led

 

I bought my chrome bulbs on ebay for around $5, I think.

 

Mine look plenty amber:



They're silver with a tinge of blue when not lit.
