Question 3rd Brake Light Solutions

I have a white 2001 Lariat Supercrew and I am trying to make it as all white as I can. I have already purchased and installed clear corners from LMC and I was wondering what I could do with my third brake light. I know that recon sells a clear third brake light but I was wondering if there are any other cheaper solutions such as white third brake light covers. If you can help me out it would be appreciated. Just post the link to the site or tell me who makes the product and that would be great.

not too sure if they make white covers that act like blackouts but I bet that would cut down on the 3rd brake lights shine especially in the day. I might get the stock Lightning F150 brakelight, which is and LED that doesn't show any red at all, but since your saying as white as possible idk if you have had your rear window trim painted or not, would kinda clash the look.

Good point.

gigem, If you have black window trim you should probably get a Smoked L.E.D. recon lens or a tinted 3rd brake light cover.

If the trim is white, then get the clear L.E.D. Recon lens.

I dont think I have ever seen or heard of a "white" lens.

Recons are worth the price, Any tail light back there is going to cost you at least $30.

You can find this stuff all day long on E-Bay for just a little more.

I got picks in my Gallery if you want to take a peek. I bought the Recon Smoked lens, Was worth every penny.
