OEM Fender Flares
will these fit on my 05 XLT...or will i have to drill holes?

You'll probably need to drill the back ones. There are indentations on the bottom edge of the fender where the hole s need t be drilled.

If you decide to not go with OEM, I recommend Bushwacker...really awesome fit and look.
