Do anybody know what the exact % of the factory tint is on the rear passenger windows and the rear window? I want to get my front side windows tinted and I want them to match. I also don't have the money to have the guy retint all my windows. So do any of you know? Thank you in advance for all your help.

 

I've read many threads that state it's between 17-22%... Most wishing for a "close" match go with a 20% tint.

BTW: I would think that most tint shops would have a meter that would indicate tint level. Perhaps not...

 

Each time that I have got the front windows tinted to match the others, I just told them to match them. They were perfect everytime. I think that I used a 20%.

Keep in mind that in some states, that is too dark for the front windows.
