Hey all!

I am really wanting to replace my stock grille on my '06 FX4 and what I am looking for is a billet replacement grille in "Black" I do not want the bolt-over type. as I've seen those up close and don't like how you can still see the original one behind it. Anyway, I've searched the forums here as well as looked at several catalogs. For the life of me, I don't know which brand is a high quality grille and which is not? There are so many companies out there. Who do you all recommend? Anyway, I'd like to get something similar to the Harley grille or the new 2007 FX2, but I believe that those are plastic? Is this correct? Anyway, any help or pictures and recommendations would be appreciated!

One last thing!!! I'd like to get a matching lower bumper grille as well!!!!

 

Hard to say if the Harley one is plastic (probably chromed plastic) but isn't everything anymore? The 07 Harley and FX2 grilles are hard to beat, but I can't say I've seen a black metal grille. I'd find the one you like and paint it if it comes to that.

They have replacement and bolt over. Under the options drop down, just select black.

They also have a matching lower bumper grille to go with that.
