Bolt-On grill help

To all those of you with bolt-on grill covers, what do they look like? Nice? Or should i go with a replacement grill....more $$$ is the con though.

I think that grille would look nice. What color is your truck? Post some pics too.

I dig it. Looks better with the black HD headlights installed, but I don't really have a good pic of that yet....
