Anyone out there know best place to locate a set of these rascals. Other than E-Bay, last few times the same person selling the product outbids me.

 

Can't help you on the flares, but just wanted to say that's BS on the seller outbidding you to protect his auction. Why not just set a reserve and stick to it...? I'd report him to eBay.

There are programs out there such as snipe that can almost guarantee an auction win.

You need to file a complaint with Ebay asap. If he didn't like the bid and didn't have a reserve then that's his fault not your's.
