how do these install? are the factory badges bolted on or adhesive tape? I am wanting to just remove all my badges all together and want to know what im looking at to do that. thanks.

The original badges are attached with 3M uber tape and just peel off with a little heating and help from some fishing line. Be warned, there are 2 or 3 holes in the sheet metal under the badges, so if you remove them you'll have to figure a way to patch the holes (lots of work IMO) or live with the fact that you'll have holes where your badges were.

Why do they make holes for the badges if they are held on with 3M tape? Is there like a design in the badge to help with the badge installation?
