Anyone have HD headlights on a White Truck? I'd like to see the contrast.

 

Thanks for all the great information and parts numbers. Just one question before I buy. Is there a noticeable difference in blackness between the HD and FX lenses?

The reason I ask is I called a Ford dealer this morning and came up with a 7L3Z13008DA part number that was dark shadow. And then reading this thread I am under the impression that the HD part is 6L3Z-13008-AAA, which I find on getfordparts.com when I search for the part. My question is, is the 6L part black? I am wanting to get the darkest tint available. I am under the impression that the HD part is blacker than the FX part. If there is very little difference, then no big deal.

I did speak to Andy at getfordparts.com and he was very helpful.

 

6l3z-13008-AAA and 6l3z-13008-BAA are the parts you need for the BLACK harley davidson lights- aaa is the right, baa is the left. the 6L represents the model year

the grey ones (7L3z13008DA) are from the FX2 F150
