I just recieved my new LED Projection headlights today and they didn't come with wiring instructions. Can anybody help? Thanks.

 

What I need help with is the small LED lights along the bottom of the headlights. Where do I tie them into and what should I use?

 

I spliced them into the parking light wire.. So the LEDs turn on when you have your parking lights on... I used T taps to splice into the parking lights...

 

There are 3 LED lights that have a black and a white wire coming out of each. Then there 2 others that are not LED lights that have a black and a red wire coming out of them. Do I tie all the black wires together and the red wires to the white? If so, then where do I tap the white/red wires to? The black has to be the power in line, that would tap into the parking light wire, so where would the white/red wires go to? Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

 

mine had 2 sets of wires for two diff lights 1 pair for the leds 1 pqair for the halo ring one pair went to (led) running lights the other to parking (halo)

Well what do ya know, I finally got it worked out. Just had to think a little and cross my fingers but I managed to get them working. Here's a pic. Thanks to everyone that helped.

 

Just out of curiosity...what happened to the other three LEDs to the right of the first three ? Other than that...those lights look sweet !

 

Ya, I kinda wondered that myself. They're dummies, not real lights. I guess they're there to fill in that bottom row. I saw others that had the 6 LEDs but I chose these because they have the Ion Blue projector lamp. I thought that looked pretty cool.

 

The lights I have are similar to the ones in the picture. My lights have 6 leds on the bottom also, but mine has 2 wires going to all 6 of them. Which wires did you hook your blacks to and your red and whites to. I would appreciate the help!!!!

 

I know that they hook up to the parking lights, I just don't know which ones hook up where. Do you also hook your halos up to the parking lights?

 

The halos and the LEDs all connect to the parking lights. Yours are a little different than mine. My LEDs have black and white wires and the halos have red and black wires. They all tie together and tap into the parking lights. The black goes to the factory black wire and the white goes to the brown factory wire. I used t-taps for easy connections.

They are called Sonar headlights, got them on Ebay. They always have a bunch there. They run about $106. plus $45. for S&H.
