Is the Jackrabbit worth the about $200 more than the Roll Top?

The various sites list several differences like the locking mechanism and the ability to lock the top open at various points but is the quality and strength the same?

I am gonn get one or the other and really would appreciate some advice. If the Jackrabbit is worth it I'l spring for the difference.

The Roll N Loc is just too pricey for me.
