lowering?

lowering?

how should i go about lowering my 2000? seen the hotchkis lowering system but i realy dont want to spend that kind of money for the full system so i found these http://www.stylinconcepts.com/part.a.../categoryid/30
now how

now if i got these and some springs that would work right?

kinda a noob question but i didnt have time to search, sorry

ever sice i seen the photoshop pic of my truck that screw4us did ive been wanting to lower it so what would it take to get it like this?

A Lightning is dropped 1 in up frt and 2 in the back from the factory. A better choice would be these

To achieve that much drop, you'll need a rear flip kit and a drop spindle or lower control arm plus coil springs. Mine is dropped 3/5 (3in coil springs up frt and 4 in shackle/hanger kit in the back w/ the overload spring removed), BUT I don't have a Lightning. I got the full advertised drop, you won't because yours is already dropped some. Here's my gallery on FTE.
