Ok i'm talking about that stupid black plastic tie down thing on the top of the bed...I'm not sure if it has a specific name for it but anyways i want to take it off. I'm going for the sleek smooth look and that bulky black thing is driving me up a wall. I thought about just taking it off but it looks like there are indentions in the bed....Does anyone have any suggestions. Is there a bed cover out there that will cover it up. ANYTHING?????

 

if you do remove that stuff and end up having indentions theres nothing a little body work cant fix

i too like the sleek smooth look and plan to shave my truck atleast the antenna, tailgate and all the emblems and probably the rain gutters on the roof. always wanted to shave the door handles but if i ever turbo my truck like i hope to i wouldnt be able to run it at the track with shaved door handles
