The dual filament H13 bulb is not of yet going to be made in the Silverstar line. I've read e-mails of people who have asked Sylvania if they were going to make them and they replied basically saying that it is illegal to coat the H13 bulb with the slight bluish coating that is on silverstars. Why that is I'm not sure because there are other dual filament bulbs available in silverstar.

E-bay has a few sellers for the 9008. Sylvania silverstars aren't very bright. Recommend xenon white 100/80, brighter but not offensive like most HID's.
Have had great dealings with Nokya bulbs.
