Alright a guy with a similar grill wrote me a reply e-mail.
He said his grill is a regular carriage works replacement grill.
As for the ford emblem, he said he just used some JB weld to stick it to the front of it.

Ohh well. All I really wanted to know is how you liked the lift and tires.
But how much did you pay for the rims?
I found all 4 with shipping for like $810.. Is that any good?
I also found the tires- 35x12.50x18 mud grapplers for $992 shipped.
Also how much was that lid?
I want something for my truck like that. It looks like it doesn't sit up off the bed very much. Do you have a pic of your truck from the rear?
I want a toolbox but that would be better for me cause I want to put speakers back there, lol.
yeah you are being quoted great prices!! I paid $180 for the wheels, and I want to say I paid $1100.00 for the tires. The lid was $720 installed. I will get some side pics. shortly. It only sticks up about 1" +/- from the top of the bed. they might have some info. on it at www.snugtop.com

Oh and I love my lift and tires alot!! Couldn't ask for anything better.

I know that Ford makes a grille on the "Lobo" F150 that they sell here in Texas. You might call your Ford dealership.
