I have a question, where can you get replacement rear view mirrors with the lights at the ends (like the Mercedes Benz ones). A truck removed my left one and now I want to just replace the pair with the ones with lights. I have a 1997 Flareside Lariat that did not have the lights in the mirror.

Is there any conversion issue that I will need to consider or is it simply just running a wire from the front indicator to the mirror?
