its a nice young fellow by the name of eBay. You can get headlights for like $100 and taillights for around $30 depending on which ones you get. You asked for the cheapest and there you go, but their quality varies, keep that in mind.

what kind of headlights are you looking for? I just pulled off the stock from my '05 and replaced with projectors. The stocks are just sitting in the garage now, I'd let 'em go pretty cheap.
