I'll go out on a limb here and say that Ebaymotors.com would be a good place to start, but don't quote me on that

 

The 'Parts and Accessories' category might narrow it down a bit also.

 

Go to parts and accessories and click on car and truck parts. Then type in supercrew or 2005 supercrew in the search bar.

 

Or just put it in the main search box when you get to the main page. Then on the next page you can select all the matches from ebay motors, electronics and so forth.

Ive purchased lots of items from ebay for my truck and for other things. Just check each sellers feedback, and you'll be just fine.
