Door handle covers, struck out today...

I just received my chrome door handle covers today and am less than impressed to say the least. First off, the driver's side bucket cover was broken/cracked on the right side, almost even with the handle cutout. 2nd, from the ad pic, the handle covers were smooth and did not have the 2 grooves running horizontal across the length of the cover. They shipped me the grooved instead of the smooth like I wanted and expected, opposite of what the pic showed. Anyway, I'm working on the return right now. Just wanted to let everybody know in case they're thinking about adding these.

Just a side note. The fit wasn't as flush as what I thought it would be. I know the 3M tape adds some height, but it looks to me like it's partly due to how it's molded, too. And make sure you read the ad and understand that ABS means plastic. I don't know how I missed that one. I think I'll take some of your previous advice and check out eBay for full, METAL replacements.
