looking for ideas of something to put on my tailgate does anyone have pics of there tailgate that they put on some image or decal or something on .I think mine needs something on the right hand side not sure what.


I put on 2 of those ribbons temporarly but they make rust marks from the magnets in them,any ideas.

 

i'd get rid of the dealers sticker unless you want to advertise for them. it'll help balance the look, too. or, a triton fender badge maybe?

 

I went to my local graphics shop and they did me right!

On the sides below the 4x4 I added my own edition, got the idea from another local.

Mine now says "Outlaw Edition" with barbed wire on both sides.

The other local truck says "Redneck Edition"

Add something that makes it you!

...a chrome outline of a marlin on each side of "Blackie" just forward of where the tail lights wrap around. Not sure what will go on the tailgate.

No dealer ad on mine. I made sure of that.

thanks cvc. Actually it didn't cost me anything. I had the stripe guy that did my Lariat side stripes do it for me. You could probably order the factory Lariat stripe kit from a dealer for an '03 model and just use the "Lariat" portion on your tailgate. Thanks for the link also.
