Peragon bed cover. (long story)
After a delay of almost a week in hearing when my product would ship, I bagan contacting them to get some idea. The first few e-mails went unanswered. Then, by phone, I was given the run around by the "Sales Manager" and was told "...someone..." would call me first thing on Monday. Given the time difference I waited. Monday morning came and went. I called that afternoon and was put on hold. The president of the company came on the line and apologized for the delay and told me my product was in the warehouse, ready to ship but for some reason didn't make into the database.
He assured me it would be on the truck that afternoon and I would have it by Friday. It came Thursday at 6 p.m. as I was installing the Bedrug.
Wasn't able to intall the cover until Monday afternoon, but it was slow going. Mostly due to my ineptitude in following directions, especially when they're somewhat confusing. Took about 5 hrs. Again mostly because I'd have to stop, read, look and scratch my head.
Long story short, it's in, needs a little tweaking, but all in all I think it's the best products on the market of it's type, for the price.

i do have to agree with you about putting it together......... the directions sure could have been written better........it took me sometime to get mine on also.......... i also have to agree with you about them not responding to your questions....... i ask them for help in stopping the leak....... WHAT???? no answer from them...... so i e-mailed them the same letter 3 more times.....WHAT??????? still no answer from them.........it's by far the worst tonneau cover on the market and it's WAY over priced........ there web site says, " you will get some leakage from rain" .......... that has to be the BIGGEST UNDERSTATEMENT of the YEAR.......... if i can get one person NOT to buy a peragon truck cover..... i'd feel sooooooooo happy........... please don't waste your time and frustrations trying to follow there instructions and then be unhappy due to the swimming pool you will have in your bed after it rains........ i have to air my out everytime it rains so i don't get that musty odor........

I'm glad picked the Undercover tonneau. Half the weight of fiberglass. On and off in 2 minutes. No holes to drill.
No leaks like the folders. No cuts or tears like the vinyl roll ups. No big "roll top boxes" filling up the front of the bed. www.undercoverinfo.com
