Seriously though, that's a good looking truck man.
If it was mine, I'd take off the running boards and put on nerf bars because I like them better. But that's a matter of personal preference. The most important thing is that you like your truck.

 

You should throw in a billet grille as well

those look great with a window visor and hood scoops, i dont know what ur price range is but if i was u id look around through the gallerys on this thing and see what i liked

 

Nice looking truck. Depends on what you want to do. Put the Pro-comp add-a-leaf and turn up the front torsion bars, this will give you about 3 inches of lift. I agree with imnotjeff about putting step bars on, but that's only personal preference. Talk to Troyer performance about performance upgrades. Hope this helps. Once again, nice truck.

 

If it was mine: Ditch the running boards for nerf's, or get rid of any steps all together, clear corners, lose the lariat stripe and script, lift, nice tires and rims, possibly billet grille, paint bumper.

Here's a quick PS I did, thats something like what I would do with it. Little lift(prob equiv. to 3inch in this chop) rims, painted bumper white, lost stipe, clears, and lost the boards.

 

its a nice truck.. umm to each his own but if it never really sees offroad then maybe some nice 18's... (too many 20's) um get rid of your emblems.. um...tint the windows..if you had the means get a painted roll pan and a bumper like a stx or something like that.. but man its already a nice truck.. for interior.. some white face gauges would go sweet with the paint...oh and get rid of those red taillights.. buy some that have a white background...lol...if your into off roading then im of no use... personaly i think most of the big wheels and tires are hideous...but hey.. its ur ride...

While you're getting white taillights and taking all your emblems off the truck, you might as well get your last name written in Old English letters across the back window of your truck and get some tassels running across the top of the inside....lol.....just kidding by the way.

Seriously, I think that putting some rounded headlights and corner lights in your truck (like the 05's) and getting some Sylvania Silverstar bulbs (9007 ST/2) with some sort of chrome grille (if a billet, PLEASE KEEP YOUR LOGO), that would be some "improvements" to an already awesome truck. Honestly, I'd take those window guards/whatever they are off of the front passenger and driver windows. Never have liked those things. If it doesn't have a bedliner yet, that's always something to consider. I also second the idea of losing that little "stepladder" on the side.

 

wow totally forgot about this whole topic i wrote. thanks for everything about saying its a nice truck. anyone have suggestions to do on the inside besides take out the stock HU and put a new one in??

 

You can always put in a wood, carbon fiber, or brushed aluminum dash kit from Stylin Concepts.
Then you could give Katzkin a call and talk about new leather interior.
