Painted bumpers, Waxing?

I will be waxing my new truck soon, but I have never had painted bumpers before. I am assuming I will wax them the same as the truck. Any opinions?

For wax, I use the 3 step mothers process without using the 1st step.

I've painted my bumpers and you treat them just like the rest of the truck. Just can't wax within 30 days after you first paint them, other than that...wax away.
