Red face GTS Rear Air Deflector

I just by my 2000 Expy a month ago and it had a bug deflector and GTS Rear air deflector already installed on it. They are both painted to match. When washing this weekend I noticed the rear air deflector is pulling up on one side. It is just "sticky" back taped on? Is this the way the normally mount? Is there a way to fix this? Or even better, is there a way to more permanently secure it?
TIA

its more than likely 3M tape and if you want to re secure it try taking it off goin to the local parts store and buying new tape...clean your surface really good and stick it back on.....as for it peeling now..try some super glue that should secure it it worked on my ventshades!

Thumbs up

The 3m tape really does hold like magic, but the tape that comes already on the accesories when you buy them usually doesn't stick. My ventshades fell off one time in a really heavy rain, and I got some more of the tape, and I cleaned it and put the new tape on it and it hasn't moved since. Maybe it's where it sits in the pack or something, but the factory tape stinks, I think. It should work good if you just put the new tape on it. Just my experience. I'd bet money that the Superglue would hold good, though.

Cool I'll give the Super Glue a try..

I picked up some small C Clamps and I have the Super Glue. I was just waiting for a couple of sunny days. It's actually going to be almost 90^ here on the 4th!
Thanks again.
